This is our favorite. I worked in Michelin starred restaurants and we used this and haven’t gone back. My husband and I wake up everyday with this espresso and it’s the perfect balance and flavor profile consistently. I don’t like super dark and earthy, my husband does- this has been the balance and it doesn’t falter. Whether in a latte or sipped by itself, there is a beautiful sweet spot this hits. This is the staple espresso of luxury and discerning coffee lovers.
