Like all our coffee bars, our menu at Sycamore encourages a connection to each cup, whether individually prepared V60 pour over, cold coffee on tap, or a classic latte.

Sycamore is also our first foray into a seasonal, market-driven culinary program. Executive Chef and Pastry Chef, Jillian Bartolome, oversees the vision for innovative, seasonal all-day offerings that complement the coffee experience.

Location

The first roastery and café location outside of San Francisco, Sycamore is a sum of multiple collaborations and custom details. In partnership with Seth Boor from Boor Projects, who helped breathe life into the vision for all our San Francisco locations, we conjured up a location that has the grandeur of European cafes and the sophistication of old Hollywood.
